Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Snack Lab website at snacklab.lol and our snack ordering and delivery service (“Service”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You may register using an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

4. Orders & delivery

All orders are subject to product availability and stock. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock shortages. If we cancel your order, any online payment already made will be refunded.

Delivery is available on weekdays (Monday–Friday) only. Orders placed after the daily cutoff time will be scheduled for the next available delivery day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

You must provide an accurate recipient name for delivery. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect information.

5. Pricing & payment

All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.

We offer two payment methods:

• Pay on delivery — payment is collected when your order is delivered
• Online payment — processed securely through Ziina, our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details

Orders paid online that remain unpaid after 30 minutes are automatically cancelled.

6. Discount codes & promotions

Discount codes are subject to their individual terms, including expiration dates, usage limits, and minimum order requirements where applicable. Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to void or revoke any discount code at any time, including in cases of abuse or fraud.

Site-wide promotions apply automatically and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel a pending order from your orders page. Once an order has been confirmed or is being prepared, it cannot be cancelled by you — contact us if you need assistance.

Refunds for online payments are processed on a case-by-case basis. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Place fraudulent orders or provide false information
• Exploit, abuse, or share discount codes in ways they were not intended
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or exploit the website or its systems
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Snack Lab website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Snack Lab and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
